Application Process

There are 2 ways to apply:

• Fill in the online application form and upload clear scans or photos of the required documents.
• Download the application form (PDF), complete it and drop it off in person or post it with the accompanying documents to one of the addresses below.

Documents to include

Applicants must submit the application form accompanied by all the required documents stated on the form. They include clear copies of:

1. 4 passport photographs with white background
2. Birth certificate
3. O’ Level results
4. JAMB results
5. National Identity Card

Selection criteria

In line with our scholarship administration process, selected students will be informed via text message and e-mail that they have been short listed to the second round. The short listed applicants that successfully pass their post UTME exam with a ‘merit’ will be invited for final round interviews.

Scholarships are ultimately awarded by the POTAF selection committee with the final approval from Prof. Owen T. Adikibi.

Each applicant will be judged on his/her:

• Superior scholastic ability
• Outstanding character
• Evidence of leadership and involvement
• Service to community and school

Scholarships are awarded ultimately by the General Assembly of POTAF on the recommendation of the Selection Committee.
